Business Planning and Financing Consultation:
The beginning of any successful operation starts with knowing your goals and developing a "path" to get there. We will work with you to establish your overall purpose for wanting to operate a Junga Adventure and develop a short and long term plan to assist you in navigating the path to success. This will include the information that is required for Small Business Loans or other financing options: including executive and company summary, products, standard operating procedures, organizational structure, financial and marketing plans. After learning about your resources, we will discuss a strategy to fund and operate your new business that will compliment your goals.
Site Location and Lease Negotiation:
The first step to setting up your Junga Adventure is to find a desirable location and negotiate the lease. One of the strengths of Junga Juice, LLC is our prior experience in negotiating leases that are beneficial to both parties. We will work closely with you or, if you so desire, actually negotiate the lease terms and review the contract once a location is identified. Junga Juice, LLC also has many sites pre-selected and leases negotiated to begin your Adventure now.
Store Set-up:
From the initial floor plan to the final installation of equipment, Joel’s 20+ years of facility planning expertise will ensure a store plan that is friendly to your guest and operates effectively and efficiently. One of the keys to employee cost containment is how a store is designed. Junga Juice store designs will be driven by its systematic operational process. We have researched and contracted the best equipment to use for your store. It is all included in our equipment specifications book. Our equipment Success Partner will supply and install all your equipment and work counter(s). Except for your store’s unique needs, your equipment package is ready to go, saving you the time of having to research the best equipment at a competitive price. Our Point of Sale Cash Register system including employee scheduling has also been specified and is ready for installation. The package we have specified includes all the hardware, software, and training needed to begin ringing up those sales.
Design Consultation:
Your store’s appearance is crucial to bringing customers in and having them return. Today’s customer wants to feel good, comfortable, and welcome in the places they frequent. Junga Juice, LLC has partnered with one of the top Restaurant Store Designers in the USA who will provide you with a design sure to "WOW" those who enter your Junga Adventure.
Adventure Guide Training:
More has been written today on the training and motivating of employees than any other Human Resource subject and rightfully so. Junga Juice’s premium drinks and marketing concept will get people in the door but your Adventure Guides will be one of the keys to keep them coming back. Junga Juice has combined the best of the best customer service programs to create its own unique Customer Service and Training Program. Joel Zarr, co-principal owner, has spent over 25 years training employees. He has learned from the best such as Walt Disney, Stephen Covey and Dr. Blanchard. This expertise has been incorporated into the training program that is sure to excite your customers, motivate your employees and allow you to operate an efficient and effective operation. Junga Juice, LLC will provide all the training you need to open your store and keep it running successfully from opening day forward. A representative will be on site to train your employees before the store opens and during its first few days of operation. After the initial training we will be available for consultation over the phone and will schedule planned visits to ensure your continued success.
Marketing and Promotion:
Your Adventure will need to capture the immediate attention of the consumer market. The staff of ADventures, Junga Juice's own marketing firm, will work with you to develop a marketing campaign that is best suited for your market.
